responsibility of ICRC

The responsibility of ICRC:

It is responsible for legally recognizing a relief society as being in one of the official national Red Cross or Red Crescent society and thus accepting it into the Movement. The perfect rules for detection are expressed in statutes of the Movement. After the recognition statement by the ICRC, a national society is admitted as a member to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent societies. With the individual national societies in their international missions the ICRC and the Federation cooperate together. And these individual national societies mean cooperating with their international missions, especially with human, material, and financial resources and organizing on-site logistics.
